Refund policy

Shipping Policy:

  • The average time it takes to process your order is 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping timelines apply to once the product is shipped, not once the order is placed as we use third party shipping carriers like UPS and USPS.

  • Once the shipping label is created and the product has been dropped off at the facility, it is no longer in our possession and any delivery issues must be filed with USPS or UPS for delay, lost, stolen, or refunds.

Please keep in mind, delays are a part of life and even UPS and USPS cannot fully guarantee perfect timelines each time :)

 

Refund + Return Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at ezherbal4712@gmail.com with your order number and your return reason.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ezherbal4712@gmail.com.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • We cannot process a refund without receiving a returned good.
  • We do not refund shipping as all shipping costs go through UPS and USPS. You can, however, file a claim with them.
